Exchange and return


  • The customer will be compensated with a new product free of charge if there are actual defects in the products upon the customer's receipt of them, but we do not support returns or refunds, because the supplier checks the product quality thoroughly before shipping, and we always strive to ensure that there are no quality problems.
  • Books are replaced if a printing defect is found, but they are not refundable.
  • It is rare for a product to be unavailable after the order has been completed. In this case, the customer will be offered options to either exchange the product or get a refund for the order.
  • In most cases, your package will be delivered within the estimated timeframe. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions, or other external factors. Additionally, if your order includes special items such as pre-orders or customized products, the estimated delivery time will be longer. We work continuously with the supplier to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible through our logistics company.
  • If your order is not delivered within the specified time, or if your order contains missing or incorrect products or any other problems, please contact customer service within 30 days of the payment date to address the issue.
